Joshua E Love

Joshua Love is an effective estate planning and probate attorney, knowledgeable in various matters such as conservatorships, guardianships, estate administration, trusts and probate, among many others. Attorney Love is a 2016 Bachelor of Arts degree graduate in political science and government from the University of California, Davis. Prior to that, he obtained his associate’s degree in Natural Sciences with honors at Sierra College, in Rocklin, California, in 2014. He then enrolled at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2019 and was licensed to practice in Arizona that same year. Adept in his field, Attorney Love leaves no stone unturned when distributing an estate to loved ones or setting up a trust for his clients. He ensures his clients are aware of every step in the process and what each decision would entail in the long term. His own strenuous experiences with the probate process in his early life gives him the drive to make sure his clients’ estate plan is secure, seamless and painless to their loved ones. For his many contributions, he was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2024. In his spare time, Attorney Love enjoys spending time with wife and daughter playing board games, going out to eat and attending the many cultural and food festivals around the greater Phoenix area.
