I hired Bill to represent me in a child custody matter and in my opinion, he was negligent and did not represent me like an attorney should. He failed to return calls and e-mails, refused to file motions that were necessary, misspelled my name on paperwork. He did not appear to care about my case wha...tsoever. When my new attorney got my file from him, she said that it was an absolute disaster. I do not recommend.

Bill has a straight shooting personality, be prepared to hear what he thinks and what he recommends, not what YOU WANT TO HEAR. I have dealt with a few attorneys through the years and he rates high on my list. You may not hear what you want about your case but he will give it to you honestly. He has ...been handling an ongoing case for me for going on 3 years, he has been professional and direct about the steps we should take. He does have a small office so sometimes contacting him may take a while to get a call back; your best bet is to Email. I have not been let down so far. I would, and have recommended him to friends and family.

Mr. Crimmins represented me case in which I was disputing a traffic violation and was successful. I was very happy with the way he represented me. I felt as though he cared about getting me a fair disposition. In the end I received a deferred prosecution and did not have to go to a trial and my in...fraction was dismissed after a year. He is also very fair with his retainers and does not over charge! Very happy!

I hired this Attorney on Sept 28th 2009 to represent my fiance in an attempted murder charge. This attorney failed to adequately represent, investigate and due his duties as an Attorney.Over a year into the case and 30days before trial we were forced to fire this Attorney because of his lack of prepa...ration, and knowledge about the whole case. I dont recommend this Attorney.
