A Jewel in the Desert

In the twenty years I have been in the United States, I have hired different lawyers to help me along the way. Some were bad, some were mediocre, some were knowledgeable but lacked the personal commitment to their clients. I was referred to Christopher by a friend, and he is by far the best immigrati...on lawyer I have dealt with. He is not only very knowledgeable but also very personable, giving you his undivided attention and taking care of you every step along the way, personally. In my case, I needed immediate action, as I was getting divorced and no longer could stay under my husband's visa. I was in a situation where I had to leave the country but being in divorce proceedings, my child was forced to stay. Christopher is helping me by filing for a visitor visa on my behalf so I can remain in the country lawfully while I await the divorce trial and dispose of my assets. In the course of our conversation, Christoper discovered one of my older children was wrongfully barred for overstaying his student visa; since a D/S (Duration of Status) was stamped on his I-94, there is no specific date to go from when accruing the days to determine if he overstayed his visa or not. Christopher is currently helping me with removing my son's three year bar, as well. I couldn't more pleased.
