I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this immigration lawyer. Throughout my case, there was a serious lack of professionalism and communication, important information was not explained clearly, and I was left feeling anxious and unsupported during a very sensitive legal process. Wha...t was most disturbing was receiving unprofessional and insulting text messages, which is completely unacceptable behavior from an attorney. Additionally, I was notified about a payment issue only one day before my court date, causing unnecessary stress and fear at a critical moment. Immigration cases are life-changing and require care, respect, and clear communication. Unfortunately, this lawyer failed in all of these areas. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking professional and respectful legal representation.

Rebecca Cheaves deceived a lot of inmates in Eloy Detention center. Specifically, she would agree with detainees to provide legal help in their immigrant cases, collect money in advance and do nothing. I know personally at least ten victims of Rebecca. Each of them paid her $1,500.00-$4,500.00. As fo...r me I hired her to represent me and my wife in a bond court hearings but Rebecca even didn't appear in court. We paid her $2,000.00 to do bond hearing for both of us and then she failed to appear at the hearing. Her explanation: she was only hired to prepare the paperwork not to appear at the hearing. She failed to refund the fees paid. Essentially Mrs Cheaves preys on the most vulnerable people at the time they are most vulnerable. Shame on her and look for another attorney.
