Poor value for your money
This lawyer over promised and under delivered. She made statements that were untrue. When she presented my case to the judge I found her to be very timid and not very knowledgeable about the law at times. "I have known Nancy for 20+ years. I have referred a number of family law clients to her. It's a very difficult area to work in because emotions run so high. Nevertheless, Nancy goes out of her way to deliver value and to get good results. Her low key manner serves her clients well. Some people in a divorce case think they want a 'bulldog' to go after their ex and make them pay. This is self-defeating behavior and Nancy doesn't encourage it. Lots of divorce lawyers egg their clients on and use their client's anger to justify higher fees. Nancy won't do that. She focuses on getting the case done as quickly and economically as possible. She's good."
