I had an actual emergency where my child was with her mother, and another child, an infant, passed away under suspicious and uncertain circumstances. I reached out to ask... how to proceed and how to respond to an email. She said she was on vacation, and would email the following day. She didn't. I reached back out the day after that, she told me I had no legal grounds to do anything. DCS said otherwise, and I reached out again. She wanted to bill me for the email sent during her vacation where she lied about when she would get back to me, then told me incorrectly I had no legal grounds to do anything, When I told her what DCS said, she wanted to schedule a meeting. When I asked what services would be rendered and for what cost, she told me she wanted to withdraw, requested my address, I sent the info immediately, she lost it, told me to send it again and to stop communication with her. STAY AWAY! More concerned with vacations and yoga than helping clients in an emergency situation.
