Jacob Hippensteel

Jacob Hippensteel is the Managing Attorney of Hippensteel Law Firm, where he represents employees, consumers, and small-to-mid-sized businesses in complex litigation and advisory matters in state and federal courts.

Mr. Hippensteel’s practice includes representing consumers in credit reporting and consumer protection matters, including claims involving inaccurate credit reporting and violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). He also represents employees in workplace disputes such as wrongful termination, retaliation, and other violations of employee rights.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Hippensteel serves as trusted counsel to small and mid-sized businesses across a range of industries. He advises business owners on partnership and shareholder disputes, internal conflicts, litigation strategy, and other legal issues that arise in the life cycle of growing companies. Clients value his ability to provide practical guidance that balances legal risk with real-world business considerations.

Known for his steady judgment and clear communication, Mr. Hippensteel helps clients navigate legally complex and high-stakes situations with confidence. His approach is grounded in extensive litigation experience and a focus on achieving durable, practical outcomes.

Mr. Hippensteel earned his undergraduate degree from Grand Canyon University and received his Juris Doctor in 2015. During law school, he distinguished himself academically, earning multiple CALI Awards for excellence in courses including Business Associations Practicum, Business Transactions, and Evidence. He also completed an internship with the U.S. Small Business Administration and volunteered with the Volunteer Lawyers’ Project.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Hippensteel regularly presents educational seminars on various topics. He is an active member of the Arizona Employment Lawyers Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Arizona.
