Heath was born in southern Arizona. He lived on various ranches and farms in small towns in Arizona where he learned the importance of challenging work, perseverance, and pride in workmanship. At the beginning of his teenage years, he and his family moved to the Phoenix Metro Area. Upon graduation from high school, he served a religious mission in Santiago, Chile for two (2) years wherein he learned Spanish and a love for the South American people.
After successfully completing his religious mission, Heath attended Mesa Community College and graduated with his Associates of Arts degree. He attended the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and earn a degree in Accountancy. During his undergraduate studies he worked as an Assistant Controller with Sears Financial Services where he maintained, managed, and analyzed financial statements, payroll, budgets, tax compliance issues, and special projects. He graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in Accountancy. Upon graduation, he began working for Accenture with American Express. His skills include software testing, troubleshooting issues, developing innovative solutions to drive growth, conducting training sessions for the client, reporting to the client, and resolving client issues. He attended the Sandra Day O'Connor College and graduated from with a Juris Doctorate Degree. During law school, he worked on various cases and financial issues for attorneys in real estate, business law, business valuations, contract review, probate litigation, estate planning, tax law, and family law.
Heath has twenty-one (21) years of litigation experience. He practices law in the areas of litigation, real estate law, business law, contracts, probate law, and family law. He has experience in personal injury, criminal law, tax law, administrative law, and licensing. Heath has been a licensed real estate broker in Arizona for seventeen (17) years.
Heath strives to eliminate litigation for his clients by precisely drafting documents to effectively accounting for the facts and law that can impact the parties to a document and agreement.
Heath understands the stress that a client feels in litigation cases. He believes a person should have professional and aggressive representation in litigation matters which begins with excellent communication. He strives to consistently meet or exceed his clients' expectations, to earn the confidence of his clients and the respect of his peers one case at a time.
