Unprofessional, corrupt, and irresponsible.
Incompetent, unreliable, irresponsible, and unprofessional are key words to describe this "lawyer". Severiano would rarely return my phone calls, sent me to obtain my own records, had me going to wacky chiropractors, and encouraged me to "play it up".
