DUI
When my son got his DUI, Scott was assigned as his public defender. Scott managed to get a 120 day jail sentence reduced to 30 days, of which 24 may be house arrest. I will forever be grateful to Scott.

McAlister was my public defender
Scott McAlister was my public defender. I thought I was a goner and Scott got my case dismissed because it was an illegal search. I am sooooo glad he was my attorney. .
