I was represented by Kristina in both a federal case and a state case. Throughout the entire process she was very hard to reach by phone or email. Not to mention when I did have court appearances she would often send someone else to deal with me. I have dealt with many different attorneys and have ne...ver encountered this. I paid to be represented by her, I did not appreciate her sending associates, often her as well as her associates would show up past the expected time agreed upon. The biggest issue for me was her not following through with the duties I hired her to handle, along with being EXTREMELY FLAKY as far as handling communication with me as a client.

She forged my signature onto a fee agreement. She copied and pasted my signature that was on my court paper onto a fee agreement. This is liable to git her Disbarred in its self. I would bet my this time next year the bar will have completed the investigation and find that she forged my signature o...nto legal documents. It's clear the document was copied and pasted. The beautiful part is I made a mistake on the letter "a" in the spelling of my last name and apparently made the same mistake on the fee agreement. That was a relief (easy to prove now) Along with other alarming parts in the agreement. Proving in fact it's a forgery. In fact I was never presented the agreement. That is illegal in it self. She misrepresented the amount we agreed upon by $1500 in her favor of course. She is truly is not someone you want working for you let alone working period. I am filing sworn affidavits with this information. So I assure you these are facts not speculation I have the proof of phone records showing she inflated call times on billing (once I terminated her of course) I have an eye witness showing whe misrepresented the "fee agreement " that was forged. I never signed anything. And have the proof. She came to court late. Have my ex the one I am going through a custody case to testify to the truth. Kristina never replied to text messages, email or phone calls. Have proof of that as well. The point is I had a remarkably horrible experience and if you are thinking of hiring her, you could do much better. My son got into a situation in AZ (we live in CA) while visiting some friends. I had to hire an attorney so I reached out to my friend who lives in AZ and she highly recommended Kristina Sitton. I reached out to Kristina and her assistant took down my info and within an hour, Kristina called me to d...iscuss my situation. She made me feel that everything was going to be OK. She sent me the contract that same day and even followed up to make sure I received it. We went over the contract together to make sure I understood it and she also made payment arrangements with me. As soon as I signed the contract and sent it over, she started working on our case immediately. Because we live in CA and the incident happened in AZ, they had my son as a fugitive and therefore couldn't bond him out, however once my son was extradited back to AZ, she immediately got him bonded out. Kristina even recommended a bonding company she has worked with for many years and because of the recommendation, it saved me over $300. Due to being bonded out, court requires you to show up to court just to get another court date while evidence is being reviewed by both parties. This drug out for six months and Kristina was able to get us excused from driving out to AZ after only two visits. The Prosecutors offered a bad deal and Kristina was quick to turn it down, discuss the case/evidence and asked for probation which we got !!!!! It's unheard of to go from a felony to a misdemeaner after the probation period. Kristina was very attentive to my son and I; and always accessible when ever I reached out to her. Kristina was our life saver.....and I will always be grateful for all she for us. I HIGHLY recommend !!!
