At the pandemic's beginning, our school organization found ourselves in an impossible situation. We paid several thousand dollars for an out-of-state trip. It quickly became apparent the company producing the event would not refund our money and gave us few options to move forward. I reached out to D...on Fletcher to see if he could help, and over the next several months, he spent countless hours working to secure a refund. He did all of this work on a pro-bono basis and updated us regularly. In the end, we reached a mutually satisfactory resolution. I can't thank Mr. Fletcher enough for his help; he has always been a proponent of education and regularly volunteers his time in the community. I would highly recommend Don Fletcher!
