Cory A Stuart

Cory took on my tough custody case. I am a father who lives out of state and we had no previous court order for my children. I was gravely concerned for the well being of my children and Cory was facing a mother biased judge. He presented the law to me and did not make any false promises. His prep...aration for the trial was phenomenal and he prepared me for what to expect on the stand. His knowledge of the law and his hard work in preparing the case helped the judge see my concerns which helped me win full custody of my children. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. I would highly recommend him to anyone, even trust him to represent anyone in my family.

I went to see Stuart at his office and was treated nicely my the front desk but that is only the positive thing I can say about this lawyer. After waiting for twenty or so minutes he brought me back to his office and was not friendly to say the least. He did not smile offer and sort of small talk or ...apologies that I am going through a divorce. That is not a big deal but not telling me vital information and rushing me in and out of his office is a big deal. This guy could not have been any ruder and spoke to me as if he was wasting his time. I do not recommend.

Cory just represented me in a hearing. I was apprehensive to say the least. He made me feel at ease in educating me about the process and what to expect from the opposing attorney. In the courtroom, Cory was impressive. His tactics are straight forward and to the point without attacking my ex. T...his was later appreciated by my judge. Cory is quick to respond to any opposing comments and answers very well. Things could not have gone better.

He was very negative and caused me to incurr more fees then needed. He was very rude and disrespectful to my ex husband and his attorney. I believe if he'd of been more reasonable and made an effort to communicate with me and the other attorney in the case my case would have not been so difficult to ...resolve.

I am currently working with Cory to change my Parenting Plan and essentially gain more time with my children. I was completely disregarded by my Judge at my first hearing and very frustrated. I hired Cory and attended my second hearing with him. I am certain that without his expertise, I would not... have gotten a true trial with this Judge as I now have. My Judge was not interested in heaing my case and Cory put enough information in front of him to take us further. I have had 5 attornies represent me since my divorce started. So far, he has helped more than all combined in such a short period of time. Beyond all of that, he is simply a fantastic person. I have already referred Cory.
