Receivership
Brian represented us as Receiver in a very contentious litigation where we were appointed to oversee a business undergoing a dispute between family members. He was able to effectively manage the relationship with both Plaintiffs and Defendants while allowing the Receiver to operate the business until a resolution would be reached. His advice was invaluable during a very difficult process.

Excellent Attorney, Outstanding Result
Brian worked tirelessly to obtain title on an automobile purchased out-of-state from an entity that went bankrupt shortly after the transaction. Brian located the entity that assumed control of the bankrupt entity's assets, negotiated transfer of the title, and ensured the title was timely delivered. Throughout the entire process, Brian kept me informed of developments. I could not be happier with the results or the entire process.
