I would like to begin with an infinite Thank You to Charles Slack Mendez for representing me so well in court and winning my case in a two day jury trial in the Superior Court of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, March 12 & 13 of 2019. I had 2 rear end truck accidents (got rear ended on my trucks) accident...s 2017. The first accident was cordergly settled. The second accident of June 26, 2017 which occured on I-10 and Speedway, northbound on ramp was dragged for almost two years. It was eventually scheduled to go to trial. The court trial was Amazing. Some politics involved but overall the judge was great and impartial. The defendants' lawyers brought in an "Expert" with 30 years experience as a private investigator and was a retired 20 year Tucson policeman. Charles pinpointed that "Expert" never recovered the "Black Box" in the truck that rear ended me which was a 2009 F150 pickup rear ending my 1998 truck. It was totally awesome and fascinating to get great counsel from Mr. Slack-Mendez and a thrill to see how he strategically questioned the defendant and their counsel as well. Overall the high percentage of favor to us was a total blessing after all things considered and the the verdict was read 60%-40% in our favor. It is public record please research.
