In the midst of my drowning in paperwork to start my nonprofit (501c3), Marc helped the mound of work feel like it could be accomplished. I hired to rebuild my house after fire did a shoddy job. I pointed this out to my previous lawyer who for reasons best known to him failed to protect my interest by not taking the contractor to task. I withheld final payment demanding that the contractor correct and complete various tasks he mu...st do as part of scope of work. My then lawyer agreed with the contractor that I should find some else to do the job and even pay for the incomplete work and mistakes made by the contractor. I stood my ground and withheld final payment until corrections were made. The contractor got a lawyer who wrote me a nice letter stating what would happen to me should I fail to make payments. A friend told me about Mr. Marc Goldsen, I contacted Mr. Goldsen and secured his services. Mr. Goldsen took my case and wrote my contractor’s lawyer a much nicer letter. In short, the contractor’s lawyer saw the light and convinced his client, the contractor to finish the work before getting paid. What was amazing was the speed it took Mr. Goldsen to get the other side to fold. He even got the contractor to pay part of my legal fees. Mr. Goldsen is amazing
