Jacob Wilson is a former prosecutor who has handled thousands of cases from both sides of the aisle. As a prosecutor he charged high level felony cases and presented in front of the grand jury all the way down to handling misdemeanor cases in justice court. As a criminal defense attorney he has handled cases ranging from child sex-trafficking, misdemeanor DUI, Aggravated DUI, drive-by shootings all the way down to criminal speeding.

Jacob Wilson has successfully completed over 40+ bench trials, and countless felony and misdemeanor jury trials. Handling complex evidentiary motions, motions to suppress, motions in limine and motions to dismiss are also frequent.
