David represented me in a custody battle with my son's father over 10 years ago. I was represented by David while my son's father was Pro Per. David did not send any of our discovery items to my son's father before the trial date so when we were at trial and David tried to submit evidence items, th...e judge himself asked my son's father if he objected and, of course, he did! David was so utterly incompetent to represent me at my trial. He made me look like an idiot and I actually was an idiot......for hiring him! I regret not reporting him to the Bar Association. Looks like somebody did, though. I'm not surprised. Don't hire him!
