Paul D. Nordini was paid $4000 on Nov. 11, 2017 to file two petitions, one of them being a petition to allow me to assume legal guardianship of my brother, who was severely mentally and physically disabled by Parkinson’s Disease. Mr. Nordini was told in detail how my brother’s living situation and l...ack of care put his safety at risk. Legal guardianship would have allowed me to legally intervene to provide the care and protection that my brother desperately wanted and needed. Mr. Nordini failed to file the petition (which was written and signed) despite being told that the situation was critical and that my brother threatened suicide. On Dec. 30, 2017 my brother died. His death was ruled suicide. Right up until Dec. 29th, 2017 I continued to beseech Mr. Nordini to file my Petition for Guardianship. Mr. Nordini never filed the petition. I will forever miss my brother and will always regret that I did not hire a competent attorney.
