Dr. Miller and I consulted on many occasions about my case and situation. Almost every time, I had to remind him about what had happened. He never sent an attorney/client contract as promised. I emailed every document I had upon request and still had to resend them to him. He said I had a case, however it seems as though the pay out would not be beneficial to him. He continued to promise letters, speak to his experts and friends, ect. but I never got anything from him. As I got close to my Statute of Limitations, I consulted with him once again about assisting with a medical expert, and he told me not to hire one yet that he was working on something for me. I Never heard from him. To protect myself, I ended up having to file a case Pro-se so that I didn't lose my right to seek justice for what happened to me.
I am a retired Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon. I always work with an experienced trial attorney. I bring vast medical knowledge to our cases. I sit second chair, and take depositions. In only accept 1-2 cases per year. I do not advertise or have a web site.
