I am a graduate of Lafayette College, Easton, PA. I received my Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Prior to starting Phelps & Moore, PLC I was a shareholder of Broening, Oberg, Woods & Wilson, P.C. While there I served as the managing partner of the firm's Mesa office.
I have over 28 years of experience handling all types of litigation including: catastrophic personal injury arising out of automobile and trucking accidents, product defects, premises liability, dog bites, medical malpractice, elder abuse, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith and general commercial litigation. I have handled cases from their initial onset through trial/arbitrtation.
