I hired Randall Craig to assist in helping my nephew get out of some legal trouble he got into while visiting Scottsdale. Randal responded to my web request within 1 hour (personally) and he was more than willing to work with me as far as the fee. He also allowed me to make payments. Because my nephe...w didn't live in Scottsdale Mr Craig appeared several times in court to represent us. What should have been mandatory jail time Mr Craig was able to get the charge knocked down to a misdemeanor and probation with a small fine. I cant say enough about the communication and the end result. I highly recommend him and his staff for the way they handled our case.

I hired Randall Craig to defend my case, and I was less than impressed. He was available in the beginning, while he was trying to take my money. Once he had my money, he was nowhere to be found. He seemed far more in a rush to settle, rather than actually tackle or fight the case, or gain the facts. ...Throughout it all, he had a fairly callous attitude and was judgmental about the whole process (despite the charge being extremely minor). Overall, you could do far better than him, and I would recommend somebody else who is less eager to simply take your money but provide no real service
