Biography
I work as General Counsel for midsize construction company. We build luxury multi-family apartments and have been involved in some of the nicest complex's in the Valley, including Camden Properties, MT Builders and also Mark Taylor properties. As a construction attorney I deal with drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements. There is also a need for attention to detail when you are dealing with so many moving parts and other entities. I also have experience placing liens on properties and also knowledge of Federal Law and employment regulations.
I also protect the interests of my client and employees by making sure protocals are followed and the risk is minimal.

Great Communication and Attention to detail

Great Experience for a not so great situation
