Tim was able to make the entire procedure for me, who is not familiar with the legal system, quite simple. He kept the lines of contact open and called me anytime there was any fresh information on my case. Without Tim, I wouldn't have the finest outcome conceivable. Great lawyer, I would recommend.

Timothy was a great lawyer. I had a dui case where I was borderline under the legal limit. Understanding, everyone's situation is different. The way Timothy handled my case and explained everything to throughly made everything great. As stressed anyone may feel in a situation like mine. The way Timothy tackled my case throughout the months, explained what I was facing, and explaining my worst case scenario in a trial situation made me feel confident that I had control of how I wanted to proceed with everything. Never once did I feel any pressure to make a decision. Overall, I would recommend Timothy to anyone else looking for a lawyer that actually cares about your case. I feel he did a tremendous job and was content of my plea bargain outcome.

Absolutely the best

Hiring Tim was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. He really cared about my case and worked on it on a personal level. I didn’t have to check in often but when I did, it was obvious that he was still working hard. He went out of his way to get facts, evidence, and information that would help my case. When the prosecutor wasn’t doing their job, he made sure that I got the best outcome possible. I would recommend Tim to any of my family and friends with full confidence that they would get a desirable outcome.

In a time of panic, Mr. Hintze proved to be invaluable

I recently was denied a level one fingerprint clearance card through Arizona Department of Public Safety as a result of a misdemeanor charge that occurred 16 years ago in my youth. This fingerprint card, to me, was the only thing standing between myself and my ability to attend Arizona State University's Edison College of Nursing. When I explained the details of my denial he immediately devised and executed a plan that ultimately resulted in me being awarded my fingerprint clearance card. Mr. Hintze's confidence and steady demeaner brought a sense of relief to me, as I knew from the first conversation we had that his steadfast ability to navigate toward a productive resolution would be instrumental in my success. I appreciate Mr. Hintze beyond words and I will, without hesitation, seek his counsel in the future if there is ever a need.

Professional and Honest

I came into Rosenstein law group for a DUI for legal representation. Being new to the legal system, Tim explained everything to me and made this whole experience extremely easy. OUI charges

Very glad I hired hired Timothy Hintze. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He took time to explain what was going and translate all the confusing legal terms into words I could understand. He also was always very prompt with responding to any questions I had. He appeared at all my court appearance on my behalf so that I never needed to. He fought for my case, which he warned me would be long and drawn out over 6 months, but ultimately had the charges dropped as I've of the arresting officers was deployed and couldn't be represented in court. This was my first time requiring a lawyer and i couldn't imagine trying to go through this process alone. AZ has very strict and harsh OUI and DUI laws that even below the legal limit can still mess with your life. I'm very glad I had the support of Rosenstein Law to get me through this time.

SUPER EXTREME DUI DISMISSED and no jail time!! Great Attorney!!

Attorney, Tim Hintze, was a godsend to me!! I truly felt like life was over after I was arrested for Super Extreme DUI. This experience was so devastating for me, and I had no idea what to do. Fortunately for me, I contacted Rosenstein Law Group, who assigned Attorney Timothy Hintze to my case. Tim, with his outstanding calming and professional demeanor, eased my fears and anxieties, throughout this extremely stressful process. Tim, being so thorough with every issue of the case, from viewing the police cams, to interviews with officers, was able to pinpoint major flaws made, unknowingly by officers, which resulted in my charges being greatly reduced! His focus on every detail, on my arrest, helped to secure specific evidence which resulted in my charges of Super Extreme DUI, to Impaired to the slightest degree charge, with no jail time! I will be forever grateful to Tim for his expertise and knowledge, but mainly for his kind, and understanding nature which helped me survive this very stressful process. Family issue

Tim Hintze Review

Where do I start? In what has been undoubtedly the most stressful situation I've encountered, Tim and the entire team at Rosenstein were nothing short of amazing! Throughout the entire process, they remained supportive, communicative, empathetic, informative, and positive. I have never been through a situation like this before, had no clue what to expect except for the worst case scenario (just my personality). Tim was outstanding with his attention to detail, his attentiveness and listening skills, and his compassion yet directness in his responses. I never felt anything other than I was much more than a number, as if my good friend was representing me the entire time. And when we finally went to court, Tim was simply fantastic! Being as objective as I can, despite the outcome of the case, I can honestly say that he represented himself, his firm, and most of all, me, with the utmost respect, dignity, and superb execution. Professionalism

I honestly just want to let it be known to any and everyone looking for and attorney on a case. Wether it be Dui, possesion, or your every day to day traffic violations where you need representation Tim Hintze is your man. You have to respect a man that listens to every per request that you make on a case and he gets in there and get it done. Tim has my respect as and attorney and being a well rounded representer. Will forever use this law firm

I had an incident and was Given the catch all charge. There wasn’t really anything I could do by myself to get out of it. So I contacted Rosenstein and met with one of there lawyers. Tim was absolutely amazing and worked diligently to ensure that I would have the best possible outcome from my case. Which he successfully achieved! As of right now I am on the path to having my case fully dismissed. A couple things that really helped me through this process was that Tim did an amazing job at was answering my questions. He was available almost anytime and would respond promptly when he got my emails. He was also very approachable and comforting to be around while we had in person meetings and especially when I was at the court house. I would trust him and the company he works for with any other cases in the future and as of right now they will be my first choice if I need a lawyer in the future.
