Biography
I have nearly 20 years of franchising and legal expertise, including seventeen years as the general counsel of Kahala Brands, Ltd. - one of the world's largest multi-brand quick service restaurant franchisors with 19 distinct brands and over 3,200 locations worldwide. I was also a franchisee of a national sign and computer graphics franchise for over ten years. So I know how it feels to be on both sides of the relationship - franchisor and franchisee - and I bring that expertise and experience to representing both franchisees and franchisors alike.
