I’m in the process of getting rid of him now. He’s part of the gangstalking and targeting program by the Feds. He is complicit in all the crimes committed by them in violation of 18 USC §242 and 241. He refuses to help my on my way to trial and has wasted months doing nothing or gathering nothing for... my case. He lies about what is within his scope of work. Do Not hire this bozo.

Chad Niven Was Appointed to Me By The Juvenile Court To Assist Me as My Co-Counsel In preparing necessary documents since I was an inmate in the Maricopa County Jail. I filed a Bar Complaint In Arizona where they do little to help you if wronged by an attorney. Chad Niven had a small job and blew it.... Since I have been released I have been harassed and stalked and after doing some research he was special forces trained in cell phone espionage. I am also requesting he cease and decist all of his harassment activities. I asked him to get off my case since he didn’t feel fighting for kids that were not his his problem. What a guy! Mr Niven represented me for a short time as an advisory. He offered no assistance and never answered his phone when I called. He further violated az state law and released confidential case filings to someone not a party to the case also violating rules of juvenile procedure and an admonishment read... before all court hearings. I would never recommend this attorney as it seems that his law degree was straight out of a cracker jack box. A as bar complaint has been filed and a police report is to follow. How can I trust this guy to keep my daughters confidential info private. He just hands out case documents to anybody about ur children. Come on man.... Then I'm sure billed OPDS for services not rendered as he did absolutely 0. Trust me there are way better juvenile DCS attorneys in AZ that use diligence and answer the phone when u call....
