If I could give zero stars, I would. I was given this attorney’s card and encouraged to reach out with any questions. In July, I contacted him regarding a potential medical malpractice issue that occurred during a hospital stay last year. While he initially responded on July 10 and stated he would co...nsult with another attorney for a second opinion, I have yet to receive any meaningful follow-up. Communication has been extremely poor — it often takes him days, if not weeks, to respond, and even then, the responses are vague and non-committal. The last time I heard from him was on August 8, when he assured me he would follow up the next week. It’s now September 4, and I’ve received no further updates. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable, especially considering the potential seriousness of my case. If there was never any intention to assist, handing out a business card and offering help was both misleading and unprofessional.
