Russesll was working a case for me through lawcent and I actually dont know if he was involved from the beginning I was working with an assistant. He delivered the final verdict that they could not help after reviewing my case, which was a reposessed vehicle that was showing paid. I got an answer, ...almost two weeks after submitting paperwork. The day they moved my car for auction was when I got the reply. It wouldnt of been so bad but my phone calls were never returned in a timely manner and always at least a day later than needed. I believe Russell put forth the effort to help but made me feel useless sitting around waiting for some word on my case, only to get it hrs to late.
