Any consumer involved in an aggressive debt collection situation already feels vulnerable but when an educated, articulate person cannot actually communicate with a collector and is treated disrespectfully as is the case so many times; it is a step of faith to reach out for help to any agency or lawy...er that you can only hope doesn't exacerbate the situation. Mr. Panvini and the Thompson Consumer Law Group, PLLC not only effectively resolved my debt settlement but continued to represent me in an actual case ending in a favorable judgement against a stereotypical debt collector involved in stereotypical practices that usually weaken and overcome the average consumer. While I personally was able to receive a settlement amount that included lawyer fees, I was most satisfied that the judgement was entered against the collector. I recognize for them to lose meant that Mr. Panvini and the Thompson Group really knew what they were doing and spent real time giving genuine attention to the specifics of my case.
