I've devoted my entire professional career to consumer rights litigation and have represented thousands of consumers throughout Arizona and the nation. I've tried and won cases throughout the country, including under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Truth In Lending Act, Arizona “Lemon Law,” Arizona Consumer Fraud Act as well as common law fraud. Prior to joining Thompson Consumer Law Group I was managing partner of Weisberg and Meyers, then one of the largest consumer protection law firms in the nation.
