I am deeply grateful for Ms.Oksana holder professionalism and empathy during my case, I almost never wrote reviews to any enterprise. but let me break my rule today, On the 16th May 2020, my wife fled with our children from San Diego California to Arizona and four days later she filed OOP in phoenix ... AZ with bogus allegations of domestic abusive that was never reported anywhere in my state but she finds AZ as a perfect ground to gaslight her lies and gets away with it, I don't live in Phoenix AZ and I don't have any property or business there.  I google online and I find Oksana Holder firm, I read the reviews and I was very impressed and I have confidence that she will help me in this strange matter in dismissing the OOP in  AZ. I estimated the OOP to be dismissed in couples of days or a few weeks but I was very wrong the case has dragged on and on, the Judges were confused on what to do with the case they keep transferring the case from one court to another and could not rule on it for two months. If you need an honest attorney the one that puts your case first above financial benefits  Ms. Oksana is the right attorney to contact right away. I reach out to her firm on a weekend and she answers the phone call which surprises me on a weekend and she set up a zoom meeting the next day 24th May 2020.  she was very transparent on the expectations since I have never had any legal matter in my adult life or even never, she keeps me updated via emails, she is very efficient in responding to emails and phone calls and her legal assist Jen she is awesome. Finally, the OOP was dismissed after a long back to back battle with the court's system in AZ, she delivers and won the case for me although I have not yet seen my children for two months plus and currently, I do not know where they are or their location as maybe my wife has fled the country with my children, however, I am very grateful for Oksana expertise and dedication to my case, I will always recommend her service to anyone looking to get a real solution in Arizona. 

I'm usually not the review type; however, I find it warranted in this case. Oksana is a dedicated professional, that will go to all lengths to ensure a successful outcome. During my custody and establishment case, she was vigilant and mindful of multiple scenarios playing out, and the impact it would... have on both parties. Oksana gave me exactly what I needed during an abrupt and trying divorce.
