I was afraid I was going to lose everything including my kids until I found Oksana. My ex husband wanted to get a mediator for our divorce and it was obvious that I needed a lawyer in my corner. He basically threatened to leave me homeless and to take my kids, house, vehicle from me because everythin...g was in his name. Out of fear I almost gave into his demands. I reached out to my dad and one of his friends recommended Oksana. With one phone call speaking to her assistant Dan, I was reassured that Oksana was the best person who could help with my divorce. After the consultation, I knew that I needed to do everything I could to be able to hire her. Oksana was truthful, she basically told me that I needed a back bone and to fight for the things I want and don’t want to lose. She helped put the paperwork together and find a good middle ground to what was fair. Every-time I would low ball it against my ex, she would give me clarity as to why we were asking or requesting of certain things. She is so knowledgeable and always surprised me with all the little specifics when it came to information or answering questions. Until my ex was able to get served with the documents I was so stressed out, in tears and on edge for my own safety during every waking moment from work to home. Getting the process started was the beginning to everything. She helped me gain my freedom and value back. I want to thank Oksana, her assistant Dan and the rest of the crew that helped with my case. I don’t know where I would be or my kids, if I didn’t hire her.

I know there is not enough room on this review to even begin to tell you how amazing Oksana is. I've been going through a very high conflict divorce/ custody battle that included domestic violence, parental alienation and custodial interference. My 1st lawyer that I hired had gotten sick and referre...d me to Oksana - that referral was the biggest blessing of my life. Oksana invest herself in her cases and you feel like you're her only client... sometimes I even forgot that I wasn't. She doesn't just work 9-5 she answers questions and helps basically 24/7 and she usually responds within minutes. Just recently my daughter was kept against court order for almost 50 days and it was the darkest time of my life - she fought hard for me and my kiddos and was able to do more than other lawyer was willing to do. She even gave me support during that time to help me calm my fears! She's never met my kiddos and she can tell you details about them that other's can't - she actually cares about the families she represents and you're not just another $$$ on her paycheck. I never have to remind her about details in my case - she knows it inside and out. When she walks into a court room I don't think other lawyer realize just who they're coming up against - she comes in and doesn't take anything from anyone. Every single one of my court hearings she has gotten almost exactly what we ask for if not more. She knows how to prepare a case to let the truth come out before the judge. She's respectful to even the other party in the case which says a lot about her. There isn't another lawyer that I would ever trust the way I do Oksana - I never fear that she'll let me hanging or not follow through on what she says she's going to do. The very best part of it is my ex absolutely hates her - which means she's doing the job she was hired for and not because she's rude to him or anything like that. it's simply because she can show easily that he's not telling the truth and playing games with the court. She calls him out not only during preparation for the case and the back and forth communication between parties but especially when she's cross examining him on the stand. Today is mother's day and if you would have asked me just 2 weeks ago - I would have told you that I wasn't going to have both my kids on Mother's Day this year because my daughter had not been returned home after parenting time with her dad in March. Today was the greatest Mother's Day I've ever had all thanks to Oksana my daughter was home with us. It was the greatest feeling of all to hear my daughter tell me Happy Mother's Day - I love you mom! And I also have to mention Dan her paralegal - he is just as amazing as Oksana and I believe that's why they make such an incredible team! Dan is on top of everything. No matter my questions that I have or help I need - he's right there to help me. The very best thing about him is he was at every single one of our in person court hearings and he sat on my side of the court room so I had support as my ex always brought an audience with him. Dan always sat where I could see him from the stand and he brings this amazing calming feeling to the room. I don't know what it is - but it helped me every time. I couldn't have done this without him as well. I should have wrote this review so long ago as Oksana has been with me through so much - but every steps makes me realizes even more how incredible she is. But the fact that so many people end up losing their kids to parental alienation and she was able to help get my daughter back before our relationship was destroyed by the other party completely shows the level of attention, hard work and time she's puts into her cases. Hiring Oksana and her team was the very best thing I could do for my kids and in the best interest of protecting them! And if I ever need her again or family and friends ever need anyone she will be the person I will contact. Oksana is amazing and you won't go wrong hiring her.

As we all know, divorce is one of the most horrible, ugly, painful frightening times of your life. You hope you will be fortunate enough to find the right fit and support you with every ounce of breath for the fight and fear of your life. I interviewed several attorneys. I was so fortunate that my di...vorce therapist recommended I interview one more. The day I met Oksana I knew she was THE ONE. Smart, savvy, knowledgeable in not only her field but the whys & how’s. A WIZ with the numbers and a mind & memory like a steel trap. She exceeds expectations with every step. And she is ALWAYS a thought process ahead. She can combat any argument presented to her. She is absolutely fearless. And importantly, realistic. She will always be honest, especially when it’s most important you know what really can and cannot be accomplished. An educator, a strategist, an incredibly intelligent driven honest woman, a collaborator, a straight shooter, a risk taker, a support system, an advocate, a pit bull, a supporter, a rock, a voice of reason, a voice of hope, a voice of reality and a voice that made me laugh when I needed it. My superhero is beautiful, smart, funny, patient, adventurous, artistic, caring and kind. You are an incredible force that has been there for me day or night in my darkest days, always ready to fight for me another day. International Women’s Day And today as I reflect I sent her the following: One year ago today was a day that will touch my life forever. A beautiful strong caring supportive most incredible angel went out of her way to deliver a beautiful basket of tulips to a woman who was frightened, hurt, bullied and lost. This angel gave me strength, hope, caring, honesty, peace and power to get through and overcome the biggest challenge I had yet faced in life. I can never describe enough to her the impact she made on my life that day, and sooooo many other days. Making me feel I was strong, important, would survive and someday, life would be good again. As the months have gone on, she was right. I try to capture every opportunity I am given as I navigate each new day. Oxy, my angel, a mentor, a dragon slayer, a confidant, a beautiful woman with a kind heart who with a basket of flowers and the gift of her time to support another woman, impacted and positively changed the course of my life.
