I would not recommend this lawyer. He did not explain my alternatives to me at the beginning of the case and everything was done the longer, more expensive way. I was unable to get forthright answers to my questions, deposition questions that were important went missed as were important documents to ...the Judge. He also did not seem to be familiar with the rules – everything had to be researched. If you request a Lawyer History from the State Bar of Arizona, you will see that numerous “inquiries” have been made about him.
