I contacted LaShawn Jenkins last month to handle a credit card lawsuit for my elderly mom who is 90 years old. First off, when I contacted his law office, I spoke with Nancy, who immediately told me not to worry that they would take care of everything as she listened to my mom‘s case. I received a go...od feeling from Nancy and once I spoke with LaShawn later on that day, I felt that my mom‘s case was in good hands. Getting to an equitable solution is my measurement of effectiveness. Mr Jenkins did that well. He was responsive to direct communications. The only area that kept him from a better rating was the general effectiveness of some of his staff in communicating. Apparently he made the necessary adjustments... since our latest transactions were clearly and effectively communicated.
