I am an owner and operator of multiple retail stores. I hired Daniel Warner of Kelly / Warner, www.kellywarnerlaw.com, to pursue litigation against a competitor that was defaming my business and products, as well as wrongfully engaging in false advertising and flagging my ads on craigslist.org. Dan...iel Warner did the exact opposite of what most lawyers would do under the circumstances, which would be to gladly accept my money to pursue a long and expensive lawsuit. Instead, Dan Warner talked me out of filing a lawsuit and got the case settled very inexpensively. Also, unlike the very limited “gag order” I would have obtained in court, my competitor faces serious consequences for a wide array of any wrongful conduct in the future and should never bother me again. I’ve worked with big and prestigious law firms more than once, and I’m pleased to have found Daniel Warner. He’s great guy and an excellent lawyer who truly wants to help his clients, not just bill them for as much as he can.
