Mr. Winter will be the right attorney for your complicated divorce

As a petitioner of my divorce, I hired Brian Winter in May 2017. I am a Chinese-American, have language barrier. My sister and I had a free consultation with Mr. Winter in April, 2017. Both of us liked him right away as he not only answered all the questions we had but also raised his concerns on my ...situation I would have during and after the divorce. He has the personality that made me feel comfortable to work with. I was divorcing my ex-husband because of his marital affair. After over 10 years in the marriage, I discovered that he has been living in our marital residence and his mistress’s residence half and half time every week for many years! My divorce was more complicated than most because I trusted my EX who did nearly everything in the 11 years of marriage, therefore, I was unable to provide Mr. Winter with crucial information such as my EX’s month income, our tax return, bills, and debts. We have a minor daughter whom I love deeply and I had to fight for the equal decision making rights. There was too much drama during my divorce. I would like to share two of major things that I appreciated very much the service from Mr. Winter. In the Parenting Conference that conducted at the court house in August of 2017, I preferred the joint legal decision making of our child. My EX was claiming for taking full custody of our child, and he left me a permanent personal trauma from the conference. “Father wants sole legal decision making because Mother ‘has been asked to leave’(child name)’s schools. Mother denied she has ever been asked to leave any of (child name)’s schools. Each parent will provide information to the Court to support his/her claim.” has been stated in the Statutory Report. For achieving his goal, he made up the dirty story on me, and told that I was threw out by police from one of the schools. I was shocked by his behavior and very scared that he could tell lie in front of an authority, probably could put me in danger for what he wants in the future. After the conference, I decided to stop fighting and let him to have what he wanted. I only emailed to Mr. Winter by the conciliator’s request in the same day, I told him that I will go to the court hearing waiting for my EX to provide legal proofs from all schools. I didn’t tell Mr. Winter my new phone number. Mr. Winter could not reach me, he reached to my sister, through my sister, he understood my feeling, and convinced me that don’t giving up my daughter, he would continue working on the joint legal decision making of the child. I finally have the equal rights to have the joined decision making. Thanks, Mr. Winter. Here is another major thing I very appreciated Mr. Winter. My ex-husband “sold” our expensive bedroom furniture set to his girlfriend in October, 2012, and moved some other furniture and appliances to her place without my acknowledgement. We found them out during the discovery period of the case. I was upset all the time about it and wanted the furniture back. Mr. Winter thought it was unacceptable and had been holding and working on it for my interests through the whole case until we had a better solution came out. As I know, my EX never stopped the rumor that I was asked for leave by police from the school which his future wife worked for. This is how he treated a woman who married and trusted him over 10 years. I won’t trust a man like him, and I am always here as a biological mother to take care of my daughter as possible as I can. I never will give up on my own daughter. So thanks for Mr. Winter. I had a Divorce Party with my dear friends to celebrate my new life that I had been fighting for by the legal help. I strongly recommend Brian Winter to anyone especially women who have difficult situations of divorce. Believe in him, he is the one holding your back in the complicated legal situation. Don’t worry about taking time, the time helps you realize real people, improves yourself, make you stronger.
