Good Lawyer, Great Friend

I hired this attorney because my father had a good experience with him during his DUI proceedings. My situation was also a DUI - THC metabolites. I was very frustrated because I felt the circumstances were unjust. William not only helped me to remain calm and positive throughout the process, b...ut was able to negotiate very favorable terms, such as the fact that I would not require an interlock device after I got my lisence reinstated. He also had many fees waived. I'm pretty sure this was the cheapest DUI proceeding in Arizona history. Later he assisted me in discovering what was on my background check that had prevented my employment (personal favor). And personally expedited the paperwork for my lisence reinstatement (also as a personal favor). I would highly recommend Mr. Morris as an attorney, but even more so as a friend.

The absolute BEST!!

William is an absolute blessing. I called dozens of lawyers before him (And was terrified about my dui) ... the majority of the attorneys I spoke with either wanted money upfront, scared me to thinking I was going to prison or weren't willing to answer any of my questions. And then I found William! ...He was so patient and honest... trust me- I had a TON of questions and he was willing to answer them for me... even if that meant me calling at 7PM on a Tuesday and he wasn't getting paid for reassuring me everything was going to be ok. Every step of the way he had a game plan and knows the law inside and out. A dui is a HORRIBLE experience but he made it ok for me and in the end everything was favorable. In a world where I can't recommend him to everyone I know (bc I don't everyone to know I had a possible felony dui) I am telling you here he is hands down the most knowledgeable, hard working, honest attorney you can ever retain. I found myself a few times telling him, "I feel like I need to pay you more for all the time you took to answer my questions." When you get to that point you KNOW you found someone with high integrity. Forever more he will hold a special place in my heart for all he put into my case. I really hope you read this and call him. There are so many dishonest lawyers out there and he was one of the good ones. William if you read this... Thank you for everything. I was so SCARED and in so many ways you saved my career and my life!! I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

Outstanding Attorney

I am a 50 year old professional in the university system with absolutely zero criminal record prior to the incident that led me to contact William Morris. Because William's representation of me (and my innocence), not only did I not have to go to court but my case was dismissed clearing me of a fals...e arrest and false charges. The incident that brought on the false arrest and false charges was this. My fiance became enraged when I broke up with him and told him that I texted the other woman he went out with to let her know that she was dating a man who was engaged to someone else. When I told him he said, "Get out of my house. I am calling the police." He called the police immediately. Since he was an ex-cop, he knew all the laws and I didn't. I assumed since I had done nothing wrong, when the police arrived I would be able to safely leave. When the police arrived after talking to him, I was arrested for criminal damage because I dropped two coffee cups while collecting my items at his house and for disturbing the peace since I was at his house to gather my items. I had to spend the day in jail. I was completely and totally devastated and distraught. I could not understand what had just happened. As soon as I got out I started looking on the internet for an experienced attorney who could fight for me and clear my name. I had a career and my clean record on the line. William Morris' website was the 2nd website I visited and I knew immediately he was my attorney. I called him and he was amazing! One of his family members was an ex-cop and he knew first hand what had happened in my situation. I explained to him that there was no yelling, no violence, no intimidation, just 2 broken coffee cups that I had dropped and broke outside. He explained to me there he had a one set fee and that fee covered everything from beginning to end (which in my case was complete dismissal submitted by the prosecuting attorney and completely clearing my record of the arrest and charges)! William gave me outstanding legal advice throughout the entire process. I had a $1500 non-refundable vacation planned during the arraignment. William handled that for me and I did not have to attend. Things that I thought would help, William explained to me they would not help in court. At the pre-trial hearing he gave me all the pros and cons of accepting a diversion program from the prosecution but left the decision up to me. Since I did not do what I was charged with, I would be lying if I pleaded guilty. So I told him, "Let's go to court!" William was always available, always on top of things, always a voice of sound legal advice, and was able to read our court situation which involved switching district attorneys in the middle of the process, acquiring the 911 tape which showed there was no disturbance, and being prepared to come out swinging with all the evidence he had gathered. Much to my surprise, I got a call from William 3 weeks before we had to go to court. He called me to tell me the wonderful news that the district attorney chose to put in a motion to dismiss the case. My whole world was saved by William Morris!! My career, my name, my record! I cannot say enough good about William's expertise, investment in each case, and his background in knowing what someone in power (in this case my ex-fiance who was an ex-cop) can do to someone who is a law-abiding, productive member of society. In closing, William Morris is an extremely smart, aggressive, and honest attorney! He knows the law inside and out and he knows how to handle different legal situations and people. I will refer anyone I know who needs legal advice or counsel to William Morris. William is tenacious and invested in helping people get the legal counsel and justice they deserve! No matter what your legal question or situation is, William is the only attorney you need!

If you find yourself in need of a criminal defense attorney this is the man you want in your corner

You never want to be in a position of needing a criminal defense attorney. But if you are facing criminal charges the most important step you can take is to obtain the services of an experienced criminal attorney. We had a family member facing serious charges and it became apparent very quickly th...at we needed an attorney who knew how to navigate the system, was willing to explain the process and communicate on a regular basis. William Morris of Brown & Little LLC provided that for our family. From the beginning William was straight forward and honest with us. He clearly explained each step of the process and the potential outcomes. William communicated regularly and always returned calls in a timely manner. It was obvious that William cared about the safety of our family member and did everything in his power to make sure that while he was in custody he was protected and ultimately was able to get the bond reduced to a manageable amount. William was diligent in reviewing all the information collected during the discovery phase. As a result he identified some key process failures and evidentiary gaps that ultimately gave him the leverage needed to negotiate a significantly improved plea agreement. Witnessing the ease in which William interacts with the prosecutors, Judges and clerks of the court it is obvious he has a reputation that commands respect. At one point in the sentencing the ADA was recommending leniency and citing mitigating factors to the judge. His professionalism, integrity, humanity and understanding were beyond what I could ever hope for. You can tell William is an attorney who actually cares about his client and is not just in it for the money. If you find yourself in need of a criminal defense attorney this is the man you want in your corner.
