Jake Lee

Attorney Jake Lee is a dedicated trial attorney primarily focusing on criminal defense, veteran’s benefits, and military law, Jake is passionate about trial practice and takes every opportunity to challenge the state in the courtroom.

Jake graduated Cum Laude from Sacramento State with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. He spent the next few years working with the Government in Washington DC investigating white-collar crimes with local and federal law enforcement agencies. Working with white-collar criminal cases inspired him to attend Law School. Jake attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in less than two and a half years. He graduated with a distinction for both academic achievement and service to his community.

Jake has a wealth of criminal justice experience from his time building cases as an investigator at the local and federal law enforcement levels, as well as trying cases as a prosecutor for the third-largest prosecutorial agency in the country. During his time as a prosecutor, he worked on a variety of cases ranging from misdemeanor speeding and DUIs up to class two felonies. Having handled thousands of cases across many different courts, Jake understands what it takes to present your case in a courtroom successfully.

When Jake isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family and three dogs. Jake likes to go on adventures around the world and has successfully filled up three passports with his travels! Jake also has a history of giving back to the community and volunteers his time working with local non-profits.
