Roger A Schwartz

Roger Schwartz was my Workers Comp Attorney. He falied to help me, outside of doing my paperwork. From the very beginning he said, "I used to help people with information about what to say and what was going to happen, I don't do it anymore". He was like a second Judge in court. When opposing attorne...ys asked questions not allowed, he never said a word. He never showed for a deposition. He actually took a PERSONAL PHONE CALL while I was on the stand giving my testimony. While he was out, the judge hammered me about alcohol use. He said I was trying to get alcohol in court!!! I do not even drink. He did not ever lift a finger for me, except doing paperwork. Please do not hire Roger Schwartz, he will frustrate you. He failed to get 20k I am owed, now it is too late to collect. I begged him for several years to help me get the money I am owed, he never lifed a finger. When he told me he would not help, he was correct. His actions cost me at least two years extra time in waiting for a verdict. If you use him, tell him to leave the phone at home during your court hearing! Please save yourslef years of frustration and hire a better attorney.
