I do not recommend Robbie Hendricks as an attorney based on my personal experience. I found that he lacked the skill to handle my case effectively. He overbilled, including charging me twice for a motion that had to be redone due to his own mistake. During my appeal, he included moot arguments wit...hout informing me of their legal irrelevance, and I later learned some of the facts he included were legally incorrect — which undermined the case. After consulting with other attorneys, I was told the fee I paid for the appeal was far above standard. Throughout the process, Mr. Hendricks threatened to withdraw at highly vulnerable times, which added significant stress. Even during financial hardship, he continued to pressure me for payments. Overall, I did not feel supported or well-represented, and the experience made a difficult situation much worse.

There simply aren’t enough words to express how grateful and thankful my husband and I are to have Mr. Hendricks and Mr. Vincent as our Family Court Attorney team. We will continue to keep Mr. Hendricks and his team on retainer until our son graduates high school. We feel safe knowing Mr. Hendricks is our attorney and our safety net; and if for some unforeseen circumstance we must go back to family court, we know we are in good hands. I have learned Family Court is a complicated and complex mess and custody battles are very emotional. It helps to have very knowledgeable, caring and honest attorneys like Mr. Hendricks and Mr. Vincent. We cannot brag about them enough. Because of them we finally have peace! Our journey: * September of 2015, we were told about Mr. Hendricks while at a BBQ from someone who overheard my husband and I expressing the difficulties and frustrations we were having with my husband’s ex-girlfriend (baby mama) and our then attorney to a friend of ours. This woman explained she had just won custody of her child after a contentious divorce and child custody battle. She raved about her attorney and provided us with his name and contact information. We were worried and confused about switching attorneys after 6 years. At the same time, we had serious concerns about staying with the same attorney with little to no real results to help protect my husband’s child; and to end the relentless harassment from his ex-girlfriend with false police calls/reports , harassment calls and emails to employers, friends and family members, restraining orders obtained through blatant lies with not a single proof of evidence. The reality is, most judges hand out protection orders like free lollipops at a doctor’s office. The worst part of all of this was the torture and harassment the trauma my innocent stepson had to endure. No child should ever have to go through that. To this woman I only met once back in 2015, a BIG THANK YOU wherever you are. * February of 2016, four months after that BBQ, my Husband and I met with Robbie Hendricks and Stephen Vincent. As we walked out of their office lobby, we both knew we had finally found our attorney team. It should be noted that, my husband was with his original attorney from February 2009 to February 2016. Finding a new attorney was a very frustrating task, until our meeting with Mr. Hendricks and Mr. Vincent. * February 2017 My Husband was awarded Final Legal decision with no change in the 50/50 physical custody. * September 2018 My husband was awarded temporary full Physical custody with biological Mother having supervised visits. * May 2019 My husband was awarded full physical custody and orders that clarified he had been awarded full legal custody and biological Mother was given supervised visits.

Robbie Hendricks has been nothing short of amazing. He went above & beyond to make sure my divorce was settled with the best outcome possible. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always available to respond quickly as things evolved. Robbie is very passionate about his job and fighti...ng for his clients. He was empathetic to my situation and I really felt like he was fighting for me in court & in mediation. My case has been far from simple, I have been fighting for the safety of my child and to help stop the harassment from the other parent since 2008.  From the very beginning it has been an uphill battle.  Dads seem to be treated like reoccurring billings just to keep the lights on for your typical att...orney and lets not forget to mention the twelve or more Court Professionals appointed to my case, some who made recommendations while admitting that they never read the full documents that pertained to my case "because it was too much". Some of the professionals appointed were; Conciliation  Services, Parenting Coordinators (two),  Parenting Conference Provider, Co-Parenting Counselor (two), Court Appointed Adviser, Parenting Conference Provider, Mental Health Expert, Best Interest Attorney, Parenting Supervisor, Therapeutic Interventionist and Child Counseling (two).  Our system seems to favor mothers, even after numerous false police reports, fabricated accusations to child protective services, orders of protections obtained through fabricated statements,  slander and harassment to my employers, friends and family. Even after the other parent was charged for false reporting to CPS and law enforcement, the court system moved and acted slower than Eeyore the donkey from Winnie the Pooh. The other parent was never punished, paid sanctions or lost parenting time, I honestly felt like I was never going to be able to protect my child and stop the harassment. After many years of spinning my wheels in the mud we decided to test the waters of other attorneys in town. The typical call when requesting a consultation to "sell" your case ends with a deposit for the upcoming meeting and their request for your family court case number (This is where the attorney or firm "grades" you. They are basically deciding if your case is worth their time, headache, or they just want to use you for money to keep the lights on and office staff employed).  After, many meetings with potential attorneys and their paralegal staff and hundreds of dollars later, we learned that our case was a true hazardous waste train wreck.  A friend introduced us to a person who had gone through a bad custody battle and that person referred us to Best Law. We met with Robbie Hendricks and Stephen Vincent and explained our case. They had very recent experience with a similar case. They didn't over promise anything. They were realistic with what our expectations should be and laid out possible scenarios and strategies that have worked for them and against them that they would explore.  We began by gathering documentation (thousands of pages) everything we could find to help summarize any an all topics. This way when presenting a petition to the court we had concise facts, dates and exhibits to argue our case. Robbie and Stephen have done an amazing job for us. My emails, phone calls were always returned timely and they were always professional. We know they have put in the arduous labor, research and preparation to finally achieve the goal that we originally interviewed them to do.  We know they care about our case and were not just a paycheck.  This was a team effort where we felt every bit of  the results was fought and won together.  From the petitions and exhibits to the trial preparations, and all the way through the final court order, these guys are the real deal!  They were always patient and able to explain the steps I needed to take to best achieve the results I wanted in the long run and never once gave me false hopes or discounted my concerns. They have worked hard and have been honest and straight forward from the very first day.

I am not easily impressed, but this firm deserves to be ranked number 1 for their outstanding service in family law. Every phone call, every motion they filed, every conversation, every interview, every court appearance, every e-mail was done with the highest professionalism and INTEGRITY.
