Biography
I am a seasoned Arizona attorney with experience in a broad variety of real estate and business matters. I often work with real estate developers, investors and property owners on development matters and transactions of all types. My background includes practice in both large and mid-size law firms; serving as in-house counsel in the homebuilding and resort development industries; and executive level roles in the hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment, recreation and non-profit sectors. My legal education included an emphasis in business, real estate and tax law, and I have an undergraduate degree in business administration.
My business experience allows me to go beyond textbook legal answers and provide practical structuring and advice. Plus, as a sole practitioner working for a select group of clients from a home office with no overhead, I remain responsive and can offer very affordable rates.
