Megan Elizabeth Selvey

Megan Selvey is an attorney licensed in Arizona and California. Megan's legal practice includes estate planning, probate, special needs planning, long term care planning, and guardianships/conservatorships.  She regularly advises clients on matters related to protecting wealth and providing for loved ones with special needs, or those receiving or anticipating receiving public benefits. 

Megan graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University.  Thereafter, she attended the University of San Diego, School of Law in San Diego, California.  While in law school, Megan was a member of the International Law Journal, the Tax Law Society, and the Women's Law Caucus.   

 Megan volunteers with several non-profit organizations.  She is a member of the Professional Advisory Committee to Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (“SARRC”).  She is a member of the Planned Giving Professional Advisory Council for ValleyLife, a non-profit organization serving individuals with disabilities to enhance their quality of life.  Megan also supports and volunteers with other incredible organizations providing services and value to the special needs community in Arizona.

 Megan enjoys volunteering in the community and meeting people.  She regularly presents to parents groups and families to provide information related to estate planning, guardianship, and public benefits.

 When Megan is not practicing law or serving the community, she can usually be found hiking and camping with her family and her dogs, Monster and Mabel.
