Not trustworthy and over-priced, he must keep a full time employee around to buff-up bills with charges that a person cannot believe are valid but has to pay anyway. That may sound like a joke, but it's not. That is as simple and honest as I can be about this attorney. I just found this web site,... I wish I had been able to read the reviews posted before I hired him.

Lynn Pearlstein was a total rip off. I know I was seriously over charged, he did not help me much, the worst case senerio was what I got. I asked myself why did I even need a lawyer. He couldn't seem to remember anything, hence, he had his paraleagel by his side at all times. I'm sure I paid for that... too. Above all he is not trustworthy!! Thousands of dollars were spent on locating and organizing documents that were not even needed. I figured out this is just another way to buff up the bill. In my opinion, it seemed Lynn had an average grasp of the law, but he seemed very cagey and untrustworthy, it seemed he didn't really know most of the time what was going on with my case details. He would also tell me we could do certain things legally and then later he would say we couldn't. I rec...eived large bills for very little work and I was not kept well informed as to most of my questions. He often tried to tell me my billing rate was over $400/hr when we agreed on less than $400/hr. He chastised me and used expletives when I asked questions and then would spend most of the time (time I being billed for paying for) chastising me rather than answering my questions. He often seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with my case when I would ask questions. He seemed unprofessional. Overall, he billed me thousands of dollars for very little work.
