Best Tax Attorney there is

Mr. Sheldon has a deep understanding of not only tax Law, but IRS protocol. He thoroughly understands the issues that are germane to fighting tax issues and has a confidence to lead a client through the difficult situation. His previous stint at the IRS has allowed him to talk directly with the aud...itors involved to restrict exposure and to facilitate resolution. I cannot describe deeply enough the comfort and guidance he has provided to me. Experience matters and he has practical experience is dealing with the IRS. His guidance includes how to respond to summons, what information is ultimately necessary to provide the IRS, how to set the case up for appeal and final resolution. He has the entire process planned out from the beginning so mistakes are avoided-and mistakes are significant when dealing with the IRS. Overall, he should be considered in any tax issue. His experience and personal guidance are essential to management of difficult tax issues.

Professionalism, Efficiency, Results

I obtained Chris Sheldon's name in my search for a referral to a tax attorney. I could not have been more pleased with his approach and his fairness. I had an issue with the IRS that I had been trying to achieve a satisfactory resolution to for several years. I finally decided to bite the bullet and ...hire an expert to help me. Chris achieved a resolution that I had hoped for; but. did not believe was ever going to be possible, in a very short period of time. My many thanks to him and his firm. If someone needs help with income tax issues, you will be making a big mistake if you do not speak with Chris.

Well Worth It

I was referred to Chris Sheldon after my failed attempts to resolve my issues with the IRS directly. My outstanding tax amount was minimal in comparison to cases Chris is used to dealing with. That did not alter the time he took to resolve my issue. He was timely in resolving my issue. He kept me... informed with each step he took. He is very knowledgeable and gave me several options to resolve my concerns. I felt very at ease putting my issues in his hands. Chris understood what my budget was to resolve the issue and did not take advantage of what he could charge me. This was very important to me and Chris understood this. I would recommend him to anyone who had a situation such as mine in the future. I'm happy to say I had an outstanding result to my issue and he was able to save me substantially in the amount I owed. I could have never resolved this without Chris. I truly appreciate him.
