Great Job!

IRS proposed a multi million dollar adjustment related to a complicated business transaction. Mr Sheldon was instrumental in navigating through these issues and ultimately co vines the IRS to concede the position. Mr Sheldon took it a step further and negotiates significant refunds of tax overpaymen...ts. He simply did a great job. I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone with tax problems. He will serve you well.

Chris is the best!

Chris Sheldon is not only wonderful to work with, but a savvy, smart, strategic, creative and highly effective counsel. He helped us understand our situation implicitly, and worked with us to determine a favorable path. Then, he went to work on the details, and scored a home run that left us in the b...est possible situation given the severity of our circumstances. I would recommend Chris to anyone in need of a smart solution to a difficult problem. He is approachable, but direct, yet makes it easy to talk through sometimes uncomfortable details. He is a winner!

Best Tax Attorney there is

Mr. Sheldon has a deep understanding of not only tax Law, but IRS protocol. He thoroughly understands the issues that are germane to fighting tax issues and has a confidence to lead a client through the difficult situation. His previous stint at the IRS has allowed him to talk directly with the aud...itors involved to restrict exposure and to facilitate resolution. I cannot describe deeply enough the comfort and guidance he has provided to me. Experience matters and he has practical experience is dealing with the IRS. His guidance includes how to respond to summons, what information is ultimately necessary to provide the IRS, how to set the case up for appeal and final resolution. He has the entire process planned out from the beginning so mistakes are avoided-and mistakes are significant when dealing with the IRS. Overall, he should be considered in any tax issue. His experience and personal guidance are essential to management of difficult tax issues.
