I got unexpectedly arrested and charged with two misdemeanors out of the blue with a very weak case that I was the culprit. Still, I hired a representative of Rideout Law to represent me for the best possible outcome. At the pre-trial, I was allowed a "Dismissed without Prejudice" verdict as long as ...I am not to commit any crimes within 90 days after the Pre-trial.
