Client was stopped on the I-15 by a DPS interterdiction officer. The officer gained access to client's car and found over $60,000 in cash. The officer took the money claiming it was proceeds from drug ... sales. After filing a motion to dismiss due to a illegal search the court ruled that the officer violated our client's rights.
