In 1982, I took a position a Surety Bond Underwriter trainee with a small Bonding Company. Tom's book was an instrumental part of the training program to give insight into the legal consequences when underwriting goes wrong. Thirty years later I discovered Tom is far more than a successful author of... a highly acclaimed legal volume, he is a brilliant seasoned trial lawyer.
