We have worked with James for a couple of years and have never been happier with an attorney. Mr. Sparks proved to be the perfect attorney for my situation. He defended me in a harassment injunction. He is such a good listener, analyzing all the evidence being produced during the hearing. He asked several questions that, when answered by my accuser, made the evidence questionable. In an ...extremely professional way, he suggested to the judge that my accuser produced inadequate evidence. Surprisingly, the judge quashed the injunction before I had to produced ANY defense. It was a 20 minute court hearing.
