I am a criminal defense attorney located in Scottsdale, Arizona with over 30 years of experience.  My main areas of practice consists of forfeitures, wiretaps, narcotics, DUIs, homicides, fraud/theft and personal injury.  My current major cases include a federal class action regarding the constitutionality of the Arizona wiretap law and a series of appeals in the Arizona appellate system about the constitutionality of the Arizona Implied Consent law.  If you have any questions, please look at our website at 

Our major areas of practices include the following:

Forfeiture:

-We fight for our clients to get their property back from the government who has seized them due to an allegation of illegal activity.  We file the notice of claim and engage in any negotiations to get back our clients property.  Forfeiture is highly complex law and our office has much experience working in this area of the law.

Wiretap:

-Our office is specialized in working on cases involving wiretaps.  Wiretaps are highly technical and complex, requiring an experience attorney to try and get them suppressed in court.  We have fought with numerous wiretaps, including a successful one in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in U.S vs. Staffeldt.  We currently have another challenge in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals regarding sealing of the recordings, probable cause and neccessity, which is the requirement that the governemnt that the government attempt to solve the case without a wiretap.  

Narcotics

-Our office has worked on many cases involving narcotics in sate and federal court, ranging from simple to highly complex cases.  

DUI:

-For over thrity years, Cameron Morgan has handled hundreds of DUI cases.  We have argued DUI defenses in trial and are currently challenging Arizona Laws regarding the constitutionality of implied consent.  

Homicide/Assault:

Cameron Morgan will provide a quality defense in these types of cases.

Fraud/Theft:

As a criminal defense attorney, we also represent clients with fraud or theft charges.

Personal Injury:

We also represent clients with personal injury cases.  We work to negotiate a fair settlement, or we will go to trial for our client.
